Kid Gloves is owned and operated by Victoria (Vic) Tait, a seasoned professional who spent decades managing teams through complex projects at some of Canada’s major telecommunications, software development and financial corporations.
Having supported her own parents through the challenges of downsizing and their love/hate relationship with technology, she noticed that many of her friends were going through the same issues with their families. Heck, even many peers feel overwhelmed and aggravated by tech at home. So, in 2024 Vic turned her attention to using her skills and experience to support others through these life events and daily conundrums and consternations.

Vic believes that comfort and stress-reduction is as important as completing the tasks. She compassionately and patiently listens to understand your challenges and priorities. She draws on her project management experience to ensure tasks are completed with care and attention to detail, efficiently, and within budget.
